Delivery Area
We offer Delivery to Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, the Gold Coast, and the Surrounding Areas. Sleepy Beds and Furniture will be delivered to the garage or front door without stairs (the driver’s preference) if there is clear access. If the driver volunteers to help take goods inside, the customer will be liable for any damage to the product or property.

Safe Access Truck and Equipment
It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of anything that may hinder our delivery driver while delivering your product. Long driveways inaccessible by our truck will attract extra charges. This includes low branches, power lines, or low access. Please be aware that our truck is 3.5 meters high. A clear and accessible path must be available for delivery. This includes a safe walking area free from branches or gardens that may damage stock or injure our drivers.
Missed Delivery
Customers are responsible for being at home at our set delivery times. If they are not, we have the right to leave the items in a space we feel fit or take them away, leaving the customers responsible for a further delivery fee.
Goods Damaged in Transit
Sleepy Beds and Furniture is only liable for damage in transit when on Sleepy Beds and Furniture’s vehicles. If you have picked it up from the store or a 3rd Party has been organised for transport, the customer is liable for any damages.
If any goods arrive damaged, please contact Sleepy Beds and Furniture via email sales@sleepybeds.com.au with photos and a description stating the issues as soon as possible. Sleepy Beds and Furniture will arrange to have the damaged goods returned to Sleepy Beds and Furniture and either arrange for a replacement or promptly refund the price to you if stock is unavailable. Damaged goods must be returned to the condition you received them, with all original packaging, accessories, and/or manuals.
