At Sleepy Beds and Furniture, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase/s.

We recommend that all of our customers and future customers read our Refund, Return and Repairs Policy before you purchase from Sleepy Beds and Furniture, so you are familiar with our refunds, returns and repairs policy, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

We also recommend that you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you or that you collect from a Sleepy Beds and Furniture Store to ensure you are completely satisfied with them, including that they are of acceptable quality and match the description we have provided to you.

Change of Mind

Please choose your item/s carefully as refunds are not normally provided when you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection, or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.

Refunds

If a refund is agreed on. Refunds will be processed by Sleepy Beds and Furniture and may incur a 20% restocking fee. All refunds will normally be processed within 3 business days.

Goods Damaged in Transit

Sleepy Beds and Furniture is only liable for damage in transit when on a Sleepy Beds and Furniture vehicle. If you have picked up from the store or a 3rd Party has been organised for transport, the customer is liable for any damages.

If any goods arrive damaged, please contact Sleepy Beds and Furniture via email sales@sleepybeds.com.au with photos and a description stating what the issue is as soon as possible. Sleepy Beds and Furniture will arrange to have the damaged goods returned to Sleepy Beds and Furniture and either arrange for a replacement of the goods or refund the price to you if stock is unavailable in a timely manner. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition you received them, with all original packaging, accessories, and/or manuals.

Returns and Repairs

Please contact a Sleepy Beds & Furniture store via email at sales@sleepybeds.com.au to discuss any returns or Repairs that may be needed, with photos and a detailed description. If we require a physical inspection or to send it off for repairs, please return all good/s to the Sleepy Beds & Furniture store you have purchased from. All goods must be returned within a reasonable time. This timeframe may vary from product to product and may depend on the warranty that comes with your item/s.

If any goods cannot be easily returned to Sleepy Beds and Furniture due to their size, the fault or because they have been affixed or installed in your premises, please contact our Sleepy Beds and Furniture store and we will arrange an inspection to assess the problem.

Goods returned for repair will be assessed and/or repaired within a reasonable time frame. You may be provided with an indicative repair time, which time may vary due to reasons beyond our or the repairer’s reasonable control, such as part availability and incorrect fault description.

You may be required to pay labour, assessment and/or freight fees, such as where goods are assessed to have been damaged by misuse or accident, or where your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any manufacturer’s warranty do not apply. We may provide you with an indicative fee, which fee may vary due to reasons beyond our control.
